Our Philosophy

We believe in aggressively litigating our clients' cases to a favorable resolution. While that may require winning lawsuits at trial, we often best serve our clients' interests by resolving disputes quickly, through negotiation and favorable settlement.

Whatever outcome best serves our clients, we pursue it to the best of our abilities because our compensation often is  contingent on our performance. Most of our time is devoted to pursuing litigation under fee agreements where our compensation depends on what we achieve, not how much time we spend working on a case.
