KSG represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of employment related disputes. Recently, KSG attorneys have served as co-lead counsel in two significant employment discrimination class actions filed in federal court against Abercrombie & Fitch and Sunoco, Inc. In addition to such Title VII litigation, KSG attorneys represent plaintiffs in ERISA class actions. KSG attorneys also represent defendants, including two of the country’s largest retailers and an international non-profit corporation, in wage and hour disputes and in actions alleging negligent hiring and/or supervision.
