Admitted to Practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Certified Public Accountant, Pennsylvania, 1957.

 

Member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and District of Columbia Bar Associations. Member of Sections on Taxation of American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Former elected Member of the Council (Board of Directors) of Philadelphia Bar Association Section on Taxation. Handled acquisitions and mergers and other business transactions involving matters in excess of $300,000,000.

 

Trustee and Executor of various Trusts and estates. Member of Board of Directors of closely held corporations. Trustee of the Hassel Foundation.

 

Married, Roberta Dunitz Wolfson. Two daughters, Lizabeth Hope (Mrs. Broadus Richard Littlejohn, III) and Tamara Faith Wolfson and eight grandchildren.
